Identical bank software than mega anser (very same instruction manual).
This bank approached Sega in the beginning of the 90s to get them make a banking software similar to what was available on the Famicom.
Sega decided to make it and released Mega Anser but the bank finally decided they wouldn't mind having some specific packaging for themselves.
